Mount Evergreen Four Season Development Plan
The Mount Evergreen Ski and Recreation Area Four Season Revitalization Plan is a long-term plan that we aim to have implemented over many years. In order for the plan to succeed, Mount Evergreen will need the generous support of all levels of government funders, fundraising, and volunteers. The plan will be broken into four distinct phases.
Phase 1
Phase 1 will focus around needed operational infrastructure and equipment and start our four season activities . It will include:
- New operations garage
- Develop a bike park which will include downhill trails, jump lines, pump track and cross country trails
- Specialize equipment to service mountain bike trails
Estimated Cost: $2,000,000
Phase 2
Phase 2 will focus on updating both Colin Myles and Skyline tows.. It will include:
- Updating both tows to new t-bar technology
- Allow the tows to be multi-functional to allow for use during summer activities (Mountain Biking)

Phase 3
Phase 3 will focus on moving Mount Evergreen to a four season destination. It will include:
- Constructing a new 4 season guest services building which will house ticketing, rentals, storage lockers, school programs and ski patrol
- Install 3 season activities such as zip lines, frisbee golf, paint ball
- Install infrastructure to support summer events, such as an outdoor concert venue, mountain bike races, ect.
Estimated Cost: $3,000,000
Phase 4
Phase 4 will focus on building a new chalet to support the four season activities. It will include:
- New restaurant and seating space
- Meeting rooms/training facility
- Space for moderate sized events/weddings
